The two formulations are not interchangeable at the bench: 20 mg per vial with 60 mL of sterile water each, against 250 mg per vial in 5 mL. MHAUS asks that dantrolene be available within 10 minutes of the decision to treat.

  • Dantrolene reconstitution (mL) = vials x sterile water per vial (60 mL for Dantrium and Revonto, 5 mL for Ryanodex)
